Digital Vision, supplier of picture enhancement equipment for film and television post-production, has announced the opening of an office in Hong Kong. As part of this expansion into the Asia Pacific region is the appointment of Peter Charles as director of sales for APAC who joins from DVS.

The Hong Kong office will allow Digital Vision to support locally its growing business in the region and provide a base for further growth of the business in this emerging market.

Supporting this expansion will be Peter Charles joining from DVS where he was head of sales and marketing for 5 years and brings strong relationships with resellers and customers in Asia, Europe, Africa and Australasia. Previous to DVS, Charles worked at Quantel for six years as general manager of its German sales and operations. This impressive resume is completed by 11 years at Scitex Europe, where he held a number of senior positions in customer support.
